Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on May 10, 2011 (Tuesday) in the Marlborough City Hall, 140 Main St. 3rd Floor, Memorial Hall, Marlborough, MA at 7:00 P.M. on the petition of the below named person seeking a variance in the application of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Marlborough, as follows:
Chad & Jenner Kennedy - The applicant proposes to construct a driveway at the right of the house. Proposed driveway setbacks from the side lot line and from the building will be “0” ft. vs. 5 ft. minimum required in accordance to Chapters 650-48(C) 5(B)(1) and 650-49(2)(C) of the City’s Zoning Ordinance. Property is located in Zoning District Residence C, being Map 70, Parcel 496 of the Assessor’s maps also known as 9 Greendale Ave.
